Remedial Massage

Using a variety of massage techniques for treatment and to manage conditions, injuries and pain of soft tissue ( muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and joint capsules).

Assessments and treatment plan will be developed to focus on one or two treatment areas appropriate to your needs.

Remedial Massages are claimable with health funds.

Note: Full body massages are not claimable as they do not meet health fund claiming rules.

Deep Tissue

Looking for a full body massage? A deep tissue massage is the answer.

Deep tissue is a technique targeting the deep layers of muscles. Working at a pressure to suit each individual, deep tissue uses slow sustained strokes to release tension and tightness in muscles.

Dry Needling

Dry needling is the insertion of an acupuncture needle into trigger points or taut bands of muscle to aid in their release. Along with your massage, dry needling can help reduce pain and improve muscle function and range of motion.
