Cancellation Policy

Clients are to give at least 8 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation of appointments without incurring a cancellation fee.

$30 cancellation fee is chargeable with less than 8 hours notice.

Full cost of appointment cancellation fee chargeable within 4 hours of appointment time or no show.

Payment of cancellation fees will need to be paid before booking your next appointment. If you make a appointment with an outstanding cancellation fee your appointment will be cancelled unless otherwise organised.

Clients that repeatedly late cancel/reschedule with late notice or do not show will be notified by email that prepayment will be required for future bookings

If there are large numbers of late cancellations a booking deposit will be implemented, so please make sure you give me plenty of notice to offer the appointment to someone else.

COVID Policy - I ask that clients experiencing any of the following cold and flu symptoms ( fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose) to reschedule your appointment until you are feeling well. I will refuse treatment if you show any cold/flu symptoms at your cost.

Recommend that you reschedule appointments 48-72 hours after receiving any vaccinations.
